About myself: I've been drawing ever since I could remember, and I've been freelancing for the past 8 years. I especially love getting to know my clients' characters, worlds, and stories, then turning them into illustrations that feel true to their vision. When I'm not drawing, I am a full-time mathematics student working towards a Ph.D. Freelance art is my only job, helping me cover rent, graduate application and exam fees, and groceries, so any support goes a long way.✧ My commission openings and current queue are available in my public art discord server.

☞ Wills / Won'ts
I enjoy stepping outside of my comfort zone, so please do not hesitate to request something that I draw infrequently.✎ I draw any species, monsters, anthros, humanoids, pets, insects/bugs, body horror, living/mobility aids (do not count towards complexity fees), instruments, blood, minor injuries, non-sexual artistic nudity
✎ I do not draw sexually explicit material, gore, fetish content, fanart, or portraits of real people.
☞ How to Request
My commission process is quite simple and entirely handled on Vgen!
Step 1: brainstorming.
Figure out what commission type you would like. Feel free to contact me to ask whether I can comfortably execute your request! Try to keep your questions simple (i.e., "can you draw in this style", "can you draw my oc holding this instrument").
Step 2: pay & request.
Submit your commission request via VGen. TIP: Feel free to send me doodles, pinterest boards, ToyHouse links, and songs to help me capture your vision!
Step 3: the process
My fastest turnaround is 2-4 days. My regular turnaround is 2-3 weeks. My upper threshold is 3 months with a full queue and/or larger commission requests, but I will inform you of any delays. I am willing to work within a deadline (i.e. anniversaries, birthdays, holidays, etc.).I regularly update my public queue and the stage of the commission on Vgen and/or Discord. I will often share 1-2 WIPs to receive client feedback and make corrections. Feel free to request a status update or WIP at any point of the process!NOTE: Unless requested otherwise, I post WIPs and commissioned work; if you do not want any part of the commission process or final drawing posted, let me know.
Step 4: commission completed
After the commission has been completed, I can only make 1-2 small edits, and they must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the final product. I will not many any changes after this point.
☞ Payment Info
· I accept USD. Payment for commissions and custom work processed via Ko-fi, while payment for premade designs are processed over on Ko-fi.
· The holder of the paypal account must be at least 18 years old
· I am not responsible for the client's actions or misuse of a paypal account.
☞ Refund Policy
· I can provide a 100% refund if I do not deliver the commission within my upper turnaround threshold of 3 months or cannot proceed with the request.
· If you request a refund for a commission that has not yet been started, I offer a 80% refund.
· I cannot offer refunds for started commissions, but will provide the work I've done so far upon request.
☞ Commission Usage
My clients have the following rights to their commissioned work:
✓ Non-commercial, personal use.
✓ Adding filters, using my art in a moodboard, collage, etc.
✓ Cropping my art for icons, banners, etc.
✓ Post/share my art (credit optional, but appreciated).The commissioner may not:
ㄨ Claim my work as your's or someone else's.
ㄨ Heavily replicate my work without my permission.
ㄨ Make heavy edits to my original work.
ㄨ Sell my work for NFTs or feed my work to AI.
☞ Design TOS
The current owner of the design, given that I am credited (art/design by @tourlamise) appopriately, has the following rights:
✓ Gift, trade, or sell the design at any value, whenever and to whomever.
✓ Edit the original art of designs you own to any extent.
✓ Make design alterations.
✓ Use my design for commercial use.The owner does not have the right to:
ㄨ Falsely credit me for changes/edits made to my original artwork.
ㄨ Append their own terms or override my terms regarding my original art.
ㄨ Create "breedables" or lookalikes without my knowledge.NOTE: I will never revoke character designs, but I will not offer my services to anyone who breaks these terms.NOTE: having a ToyHouse is not mandatory, but it is preferred. I am happy to give you a code to help prevent keep track of my designs and prevent false sales.
☞ Holds & Payment Plans
· I do not accept holds & payment plans for commissions.
· I accept holds & payment plans of up to 2 months for pre-made designs.
· Down payments and partial payments are non-refundable.
· Down payment must be a minimum 35% of full payment and paid within 48 hours of offer being accepted.
· Transaction is only final complete after receiving the full payment.
